I read quite a bit actually. My tasted vary from Manga and Comics/ graphic novels, fiction, and non-fiction.
My favorite Manga is Fruits Basket By Natsuki Takaya. I started reading it during a particularly tough time in my life. As I read on, I related more and more to the characters. Watching them get hurt, grow and heal, was like watching my own progress. She’s brilliant.
My favorite novel is a book by Andrew Davidson called, The Gargoyle. It’s brilliantly written. There are two different story lines within the book. One of them is set in the present (real time) and the other is set in the protagonists memory. It’s about a young man (a former porn star) who gets badly burned in a fire. (In fact, he’s so horribly burned, that they have to remove his penis. Yeah.) While in the burn ward he is visited by an extremely odd yet intriguing lady named Marrianne Engel, a sculptor of various stone monsters she calls “grotesques” or gargoyles.
The woman insists that they are soulmates. Destined to relive the events of their past lives. The story basically describes the Burned Man’s healing process and the strange and ever growing bond between himself and Engel.
Honestly, it is one of— if not the best book I’ve ever read.
Tuesday Sep 27 @ 08:33amI will not and will NEVER tolerate people that glamorize serious subjects.
Rape, child molestation, self harm, depression (actually mental illness in general), or addiction should NEVER be glamorized, or made fun of.
Subjects like these are particularly sensitive to me because I have had experience with them myself, or I have close friends who have gone through them.
On my main blog, If I see things like these on my dash, I will immediately unfollow or report the blog (depending on the subject matter. i.e: Child Pornography). This goes for this anon blog as well. No exceptions.
It’s disgusting and horrible.
Monday Sep 26 @ 03:19pm1.) Politeness: I love a guy with manners. It shows he’s respectful and kind. I personally would never be able to date a guy who is overly rude to everyone. He doesn’t have to be Mr.Manners or anything, just a guy that knows how to treat others
2.) I love masculine guys. Not that I don’t find the “model type” unattractive, I just feel more attracted to the “rugged” look. Facial hair/ a little chest hair/ tattoos/ piercings/ and plaid shirts.
3.) On that note, I like the teddy bear look. I don’t usually date guys that are grotesquely muscular or extremely thin. A little belly doesn’t bother me at all. Although I always prefer guys that are into sports too *_*
4.) Artists. Because I’m into art and music myself, I usually go for guys with similar interests to my own. It make me feel close to them if we can bond over one of our hobbies
5.) Acceptance overall is what means the most to me. I have my fair share of problems, and I’d never date a guy that couldn’t handle them. I love guys that are accepting. It shows that they love you for who you are. Not for who they want you to be.

I created this blog separate from my main blogs. I felt a little restricted to what I can or can not post. Here, I have the freedom to post whatever I like, and because it is anonymous I can make more personal posts (an perhaps I can be a little more honest with them.)
I enjoy cooking, singing, writing and drawing. I love girly things and I love too day dream.
