I used to keep a dream journal (I’m really into dream psychoanalysis). Analyzing my dreams really opened up a whole new perspective for me. It helped me understand a lot about myself. I became so good at it, that even my friends used to come to me and ask me to interpret their dreams.  I think a lot of Dream Psychoanalysis can be de-bunked, but I also firmly believe that by looking at one’s dreams, we can figure out a lot about that person.
